Before you start
Where does my data go?
The CSV check stores data in your Hive instance without model calls. AI agents may send content to providers. Self-hosting does not mean all processing is offline. Rooms are not privacy boundaries between clients.
Does this handle any Excel or PDF?
File support depends on the configured tools. Agree formats, representative inputs and acceptance checks before the pilot.
Will AI fix my source data?
Not in this pilot. Reports are drafts. A person checks the evidence, records review and decides what to change in the source system.
